Pride of Baltimore II Arrives at Dennis Conner's North Cove

Pride of Baltimore II completed her passage up to New York City from the Chesapeake, gliding along the Jersey Coast through the night, despite the rolling seas from our season's first tropical depression.

When she arrived in the Big Apple, Captain Jan Miles guided her expertly into Dennis Conner's North Cove and slip S1.

Tomorrow morning (Wed), Pride II will be one of the Tall Ships participating in the Parade of Sail from the Verrazano Narrows Bridge up the Hudson and past the skyline. She will be joined by many other tall ships for a mini-Op Sail Parade.

After the Tall Ships sail by, then the Navy Fleet Week Parade will begin. It will be a full day of activity on the water.

Pride of Baltimore II may still have some spots available if you want to ride aboard a ship in the Op Sail Parade. They will leave early in the morning (maybe 7:30 am).
