THE TRANSAT: DESJOYEAUX & GOLDING WIN FIRST OMEGA WATCHES...
IN DETAIL: Swiss watch manufacturer, the official Transat Timekeeper and Principal Partner, have produced a special edition Omega Seamaster Transat watch for this historic solo race and the first of these have already been claimed by skippers Michel Desjoyeaux racing the ORMA 60 Geant and IMOCA skipper Mike Golding on Ecover as the first skippers in their class to reach the Eddystone Lighthouse. Omega will also be awarded watches to the skipper who sets the 24 hour record and the winning skipper in each class on arrival in Boston.
