Some fantastic sailing last night, not so much breeze, but big swells,
which are coming from a perfect direction, so surfing them down all the
time. Everybody is working hard, to get the maximum out of movistar. I had
my first sleep in a sleeping bag this morning, have to do that more often,
sleeping in foullies is maybe not the best rest, but the big advantage is
that you’re on deck in whisker when they need you. Capey (Andrew Cape) is
doing the same, and sleeps either at his navstation on or his beloved code
1 spinnaker.
Valentines Day brought only one surprise onboard:a present for the only
not married man onboard, Pepe (Ribes), he got a big red chocolate heart
from his girl, maybe there is something boiling what we don't know yet?
Still we haven't heard anything from the Olympics, is there a chance we
can get an update what is happening over there. Being a cloggy I like to
know who is winning the speed skating, but it would be good to see all the
results up now.
Cheers,
Bouwe
