New York lead 9/11 memorial service
Liverpool 9/11 survivor John Ritchie attended the memorial service on board the New York sponsored Clipper Yacht and lowered the American Flag to mark the beginning of a one minute silence. The service ended with a moving rendition of ‘You’ll never walk alone’ sung by Rachel Harland, who also sang at the recent funeral of Liverpool school boy Rhys Jones.
