FAQs
Webcast?? What's a webcast?
It's an online presentation with live audience participation. You'll get a link to the virtual meeting room. You'll hear everything over the speakers in your computer, iPad or Android tablet. You'll be able to ask questions by speaking or submitting them through the meeting's instant messaging - a little bit like Skype. You'll see videos, photos and slides. Any more questions? Shoot me an email: jack@cupexperience.com
Whaddya mean, it's not free??
Well, my website and newsletter have given you a lot of free content that you won't find anywhere else. Think of this as premium content. Whether you buy a ticket or not, you'll still get the Newsletter free and you can still visit the website! And, BTW, look at the refund policy, below.
