TEAM UPDATE - ACWS - NAPLES - DAY 3

Heavy winds and strong seas caused racing to be cancelled here in Naples on the penultimate day of the America's Cup World Series.

The racing program for Sunday now becomes more intense, with the Match Racing Semi-Finals scheduled to start at 1000 CEST. The AC500 Speed Trial will begin at 1350 and the final fleet race, where the winner earns 50 points (all the finishing positions are heavily weighted compared with previous races), has a start time of 1455.

The weather conditions however, didn't deter a group of young optimist sailors from Circolo Nautico di Posillipo from coming to the Artemis Racing team base for a special tour. The aspiring sailors relished the opportunity to learn about the America's Cup and the AC45s, as well as meet Skipper Terry Hutchinson and team CEO Paul Cayard.
