Sail-World.USA .... Latest US and International sailing news
As I write this, four challengers and the defender remain in contention for the America's Cup and the bigger prize - the victor's right, under the deed of gift, to determine the host city.
Today San Francisco's BMW Oracle has suffered another tactical defeat. She is down 1-3 against Luna Rossa We know she speed to burn and we're hoping she can still move on to the final round of the Louis Vuitton series and to represent the US as the Challenger.
The Cup could return to Valencia or Auckland. It could move elsewhere in the Med. Best of all, it could move to San Francisco if BMW Oracle somehow prevails.
