MULTIPLAST exhibits at the Journées Européennes du Composite
(JEC composite show) in Paris and at the EWEC European Wind Energy Conference
MULTIPLAST will exhibit from 13 to 15 April 2010 in Paris, Porte de Versailles, within the framework of the Journées Européennes du Composite (JEC composite show). For the second year, the company will be present at this show that brings together French and international key players in the world of composite materials.
Dominique Dubois, President of MULTIPLAST S.A.S.: "… 6 months after taking on the management of MULTIPLAST, this show is an ideal opportunity to assert the company's intention of developing our business of composite parts for the use by manufacturers. The recent acquisition by MULTIPLAST of a 180° C class 32 x 7 x 4m curing oven as well as the creation of a dust free room is perfectly in keeping with this intention. …. "
Apart from presenting the company's main branches of industry, a 180° C heating composite mould and the aerodynamic air-intake fairing for a plane engine may be seen on the stand (Hall1 L71).
Yann Penfornis, general manager of MULTIPLAST S.A.S.: "…Over these 3 days, we will meet the representatives of prime manufacturers such as THALES or AIRBUS with whom we work all through the year. This show will also enable us to make ourselves known to other industrialists in search of innovative solutions in fields as varied as the aeronautics industry, wind energy sector, and building and public works sector, or even the world of research. Finally, the presence of the main suppliers of composite materials helps keep us up to date with the latest methods of implementation and the most recent innovations in this field."
Moreover, MULTIPLAST will also exhibit from 20 to 23 April at the largest European show dedicated to the wind energy industry, this being the EWEC. Franck Martin, in charge of the development of this sector at MULTIPLAST: "The offshore wind energy industry needs very powerful turbines requiring increasingly sophisticated technology. We believe that MULTIPLAST has a card to play in this field, thanks to the experience and know-how acquired through the sailing industry as well as other industries."
